First, What is a URL?
A Uniform Resource Locater (URL) is more commonly known as a "Web
Address." While most people probably knew that, there are a few tricks
with DART URL's that we thought we should explain. |
Your DART URL
Once you upload your web page files to DART, you can view your new
website by typing this address into your web browser:
http://dart.rexx.com/~username
Note that a tilde (~) is in front of all usernames.
|
Born in the USA (The
.US URL)
DART pages can also be accessed with a US domain name:
http://dart.rexx.us/~username
|
Link -> ./username
A Link is just a second name for your website. Unlike usernames, Links
can be up to 30 characters long. They can have capital letters,
underscores, dashes, dots and they do
not
require a tilde (~) in front..
You can create a Link for your website in the DART account manager.
Links are accessed using URL's that look like this:
http://dart.rexx.com/linkName
Note that Links ARE
CASE SENSITIVE.

Weboldal Nyelvek /
Trang Web Ngôn ngữ
[It says "Web Page Languages" written in Hungarian and Vietnamese]
DART can automatically
select language specific pages on your website. To create pages that
DART can select based on the browser language, just use the two
letter ISO 639-1
Language Code after the last dot in the filename (instead of
".html")
