I Suddenly can't login
to upload!
Usually that means your account has expired. Login to the DART account
manager and check how many days are left on
your account. If it is lower than zero, you need to renew your account.
If you also can not login to the DART account manager then your account
probably expired more than 72 hours ago and was deleted.
If you are sure
your account is not expired, Look at your web pages to
see if they have been altered. If you think you have been hacked,
contact Rexx immediately.

Start by opening a support message in the DART account manager.
