Will you design my Web Page for me? Rexx does not offer web design services; DART is intended to be "self service." How exactly does your Up-Time Guarantee Work? We are so confident in our servers (and the ability of our technical staff) that we guarantee the DART server will be online at least 99.95% of each and every day. Or you get that day free. Obviously we need to do maintaince and occasionally restart the server, but that normally takes a few minutes at most.  If the DART server is completely offline or unreachable¹ for more than 72 minutes on any day, then we will extend your account expire date by one day as compensation. Fine Print: [1] Unreachable means "can not be accessed by anyone, from anywhere on the Internet." ...  If some ISP we have nothing to do with blows out a router and your page can't bee seen by the people in an 8 block radius around their office, that doesn't mean that DART is down. What does DART Stand For? "Dart" is just the name of the server.  Many of the computers on the Rexx network have names taken from characters in the ElfQuest graphic novel series. Dart was the young son of Moonshade and Strongbow. In the later series He formed a new tribe of Wolfriders; which is why this server is named for him in particular.
